Pasta-making

Learn all the ABCs of making pasta! Mix, knead and roll out your own pasta. Mama Mia! Who knew it could be so easy? Learn step by step the basics and add special touches to pasta recipes from old school to new.

Tapas and Paella

No need to bring castanets to have a little Spanish fun! Learn to make a wide variety of appetizers in Spanish cuisine. Then we’ll cook paella, a traditional dish of rice, saffron, chicken, seafood, and other delicious ingredients. We’ll even make Sangria!

Pizza

This workshop is fun for the whole family…and small groups too! Roll, create, and smell the fresh ingredients as we make a variety of pizzas. You won’t be able to stop singing “Amore”!

Soups

Winter warmers or spring coolers, soups can be made in so many different ways. Using the freshest ingredients and seasoning with confidence helps bring these bowls of goodness to life. Learn several different varieties and styles in each workshop. Selections change seasonally.

Cupcakes and Cake Pops

The sweetest workshop will teach you how to make frosty, fluffy bites of goodness. Learn to decorate and get creative with cake, frosting and sprinkles galore!

Birthday and Private Parties

Not only does the birthday celebrant feel special, but so will all their guests as they help create the perfect birthday lunch that includes dessert! Age-appropriate menus are available. We also can do private parties for any other special occasions!

Single Subject Classes

From pastas to paellas, soups and sauces, or soufflés to pies…instead of a full menu, classes on single subjects spend more time on specific techniques and dishes in one subject.

Kids’ Classes

Ongoing lessons are designed to inspire and encourage the love of cooking. Classes are offered for kindergarten through high school. Instruction is based on a 6-week program, starting with knife skills and building to elegant and challenging meals.

Do-It-Yourself Classes

This is the perfect class for the home cook that would like to learn a little more about a cooking technique. Classes are available on subjects such as canning and gift-making. All equipment and ingredients are provided.
