The hubby and I are always on the look out for new and local things to do for fun. Tonight we decided to try a cooking class. Ellie has created a fun way of learning new things to cook up in the kitchen. Tonight was Appetizer Night, and let me tell you, they were all delicious. She sets up work stations and has you work in teams to create the menus to come to life. She has this set up perfectly. All instructions are out and she works with you to help guide you. She is super professional and so sweet. My husband is not familiar with anything in the kitchen. I had to stop and enjoy watching him cutting up lobster for a first time ever. He even said he had a great time on the car ride home. If you're looking for something new and exciting you must put this on your to do list. Going out can be crazy. This was the perfect thing to do as a date night. I can't wait to make these appetizers for some of my family and friends. Also I'm looking forward to signing up for more classes. Thank you so much!
